LEGO Indiana Jones Pendant

This was actually a trial-run for the framed fused glass Lego Indiana Jones full figure I'm going to be making soon. I decided to make the head of Indiana Jones into a pendant for a necklace or cool keychain.

Now, anyone who has a boy, like myself, can relate all too well to the comeback of Indiana Jones and the HUGE market of games/toys out there: from the the hat & whip, the newly released Lego video game, the many different lego building sets, etc., I HAD to come up with something different and creative involving this huge movie icon. And yes, my son has all of the above listed items (& more)!!! Needless to say, he approves of this pendant. Now usually he is totally not interested in my fused glass artwork, but he saw me take this out of the kiln and about went nuts! Wait until he sees the full Indiana Jones Lego piece I'm about to start working on!!!!

For more info on this pendant, here is the link that you can check it out in my etsy shop:

Thanks all! Can't believe Indy's made such a HUGE comeback - and even more so with the younger kids. Of course, they were advertising all the Indiana Jones things on cartoon network constantly - no wonder the kids get addicted!
Cheers!

That Indiana Jones is too cute! Another one of your amazing creations!

Oh yeah, and my husband loved the F-18 jet you made him. I've been dying to give it to him for Father's Day.

Thanks,
Elaine

This is so cool! My 18 yo daughter used to work for the Lego store and she got loads of lego, including the new Indiana Jones kits. Guys that she dates think Lego is so cool. It's not just for kids anymore.
