Beautiful Butterfly

I've been experimenting with a new kind of dichroic glass called crinklized dichroic, as it leaves a crinkle effect. It comes as a smooth surface and when it is fired, the dichroic surface crinkles, sending thousands of miniature crystalline-like mirrors upwards and creating dynamic shapes throughout the glass. I've noticed some of the colors turn out with this effect better than others. I made this butterfly pendant and the pink really turned out great.
